1990’s warehouse unit with ancillary offices which required refurbishment and partial demolition to deliver to a modern standard, inclusive of new sustainable technology such as PV panels and EV charging points to achieve a BREEAM “very good” rating.
We supported the client with Technical Due Diligence and Feasibility advice ahead of acquisition and with Project Management, Contract Administration and Principal Designer services thereafter to deliver a revitalised building which was let on completion of the refurbishment works.
